Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of handling the enquiry sent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). Personal data may be disclosed to employees or co-workers of the Company, as well as to entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services and in accordance with the concluded entrustment agreements. Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to respond to the application and possible further correspondence. The data subject has the right to access his or her data, as well as to rectify, delete or restrict their processing. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he or she believes that the processing of his or her personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016. Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to pursue the purpose mentioned above.
